Why People Support Affirmative Action

A 15 page paper presenting a literature review and an abbreviated survey-based research seeking attitudes and reasons why Affirmative Action policies appear to be ingrained forever in our society. Research findings indicate that while individuals, both African American and white, believe that the very program tends to extend racial discrimination rather than alleviate it, none wants to be accused of being either 'racist' or uncaring regarding the fate of others.
